1000 Plan Works!!!!

    2 weeks ago I finally recovered from my awful tummy bug and decided to get back onto cd. so there were 3 days messing around trying to ss and ending up cheating left right and centre. and then the penny dropped and I realised that I needed to do the rest of this journey in a different way so started 1000 plan.

    so today I am 10 days into doing 1000 plan to the letter and it totally works! have lost 4lbs and I am totally stoked. this is what 10 days of 1000 can do.

    I am thrilled that in 21 weeks I have made it to 90lbs (6 stone 6 in real money). in it's own time is working mighty well right now thanks to CD!! :D

    well done, you're doing really well

    i started 1000 plan a week ago as part of maintenance due to hols coming up and ive lost 2lb this week which im soooo chuffed about :D
