Hi Guys, I have decided to start a diary to keep me on track. I have joined Weight watchers so many times before but am determined to make it work this time. I am going to aim for 7lbs a month weight loss . I would like to lose 100lbs in total. I joined 2 weeks ago. The first week I followed Simple Start and found this ok but did feel a little deprived as I fancied other foods that werent on the list. I must say that this was a good start as this got me in the habit of choosing the filling and healthy foods before anything else and is now in the back of my mind all the time, unfortunately I do feel like I have a very large appetite so I think pro points is a better option for me as I can only eat my points. My first week I lost 4 1/2 lbs and tonight I have just weighed in and lost 1 1/2 lbs. I was a little dissapointed tonight as I had hoped I would have lost a little more than this. This week I have been following the pro points, I did not eat all of my points each day and did not use my 49 hopefully this shall show this following week . Will check in tomorrow possibly with pictures of meals aswell .xx So 6lbs down 94 to go!!
