10lb saturday, now up 2lb (8Lb this morning)!!!

Down 10lb saturday weigh in however that night went to a bbq and ate and went to my mother in law to be for dinner and ate again and have put back on 2lb (weiged myself this morning). Help how do I get this back off before saturday, dont think Im in ketosis as it would have come off by now!!

If you only stuck to meat there's a good chance you are still in Ketosis but still carrying the weight of the food and some water. I did the same at the weekend and had put on 1lb, its not shifted yet either!
