10st to lose

Hya everyone!
I want to lose 10st by doing Metabolic Balance.
I started losing weight in October 2010 when I was 286lbs (I kept to 5h-breaks between the meals), lost 6lbs or so until the end of Oct.
Nov 1st I started MB and I have lost overall 28lbs so far.
My next goal is going below 100kg (=220lbs) by the end of April.
At the moment I don't lose. Same weight since 10 days.
Hopefully my journey will continue soon....
