10th weigh in and feeling rubbish :(

Hi all, had a horrid week, of feeling lethargic,run down and generally yucky. And at the weekend spent it in bpool visiting my mum with my kids,went to the illuminations,circus and fair on pier...endured and ignored donuts,pic n mix,fish n chips and macds......despite all that and still feeling crap. I have lost 4lbs so that's cheered me up no end. Hope everyone is well xxxx

Flipping heck, well done you for sticking to it even though you've been away and especially Blackpool. It's a hell of an achievement!
To lose 4lbs as well, brilliant.

Cheers honey, sat through pizza take away tonight. I only have about 14lbs to target so determined is an understatement. Filling myself up on water big time.I want to lose the 14lbs in the next four weeks as been on LT TFR for 10weeks now, and the shakes are becoming very dull!!!!!! How are u doing xxxx
