    Hi I had my 10th weigh in today but only lost a 1 lb but still happy cos at least I lost something. My daughter lost 3 lbs bringing her total weight loss to 1 stone and mine to 20 lbs. I haven't been drinking enough water and have been struggling lately. Not sure why or what is happening. I was doing so well. I really want to lose a stone by end of July.
    Gonna try harder.
