10th WI - YES YES YES!!!!!

Morning everyone!

Just to let you know I had my 10th WI last night.... and I lost 6.25lbs and 1/2" off my waist. Thats 3 stone now (0.75lbs too!) and I have gone from obese to overweight!!!

CANT BELIEVE IT! LOVE THIS DIET! Now to crack on with the remaining 2 stone (well 1-13.25!)
