Yesterday we booked our wedding for Feb 2013 so now I'm starting SW (from home) I've done slimming world before and lost 10lbs, I've got real motivation this time (to fit into a gorgeous dress!) so im ready - bring it on!! I currently weigh 14st 2lbs and i want to lose 50lbs (in 50 weeks!) so my target is 10st 8lbs - would love 10st exactly though
Day 1 - green day
Not the most healthy day as shattered but stuck to plan
Breakfast:
Milky coffee (hex a) x2 poached eggs on toast (hex b) with ketchup (1 syn)
Alpen light bars (hex b)
Lunch - pasta & sauce (0.5 syns) with ketchup (1 syn) coffee
Dinner - quorn spag Bol with cheese (hex a) ww strawberry mousse (4 syns)
Total syns - 6.5
