Hello, I introduced myself in another thread in another section. So I will link that here!

I am an 18 year old guy, I weigh 306 pounds. I began a <1500 calorie per day diet 7 weeks ago. Since then I have lost 12 pounds with little exercise.

Now I am ready to begin exercising and shedding the weight. I want to drop 116 pounds by June 2014. This may seem extreme, but I am very young. So I think this is a good goal.

My main reason for wanting to lose weight, mainly, is for myself and my health. But it would be great to buy some nice normal clothes, and to actually be an attractive guy.

I am not sure how populated this forum is, but I will drop-in an update here each week. Would love to discuss stuff with anyone in here too!

I will post below my plans for this week.

You can do this! I am doing it :) minus the exercise at the mo. My aim is to lose about 200lbs by July 2014. 2 years since I started , then I'll have the rest of my life!

You may slow down as you settle into it but don't worry. Keep your water up and just keep on trucking xx

Woah I forgot I made this... I thought it didn't go through and create the topic so I made another diary.

Is there a way I can delete this?

Thanks for the support, I know slowing down is inevitable but I am hoping for a big drop in my weigh-in tomorrow. I worked hard this week, exercising nearly everyday. Excited for the results!
