Have just had my week 12 weigh in and have list exactly 5 stone.

Very happy girl!

week one- 17 1/2 pounds week two- 4 1/2 lbs week three- no weigh in week four- 11 lbs week 5- 5 1/2 lbs week 6- 4 lbs week 7- 1 lb week 8- 10 lbs week 9- 4.5 lbs week 10- 3.5 lbs week 11- 2 lbs

Omg!!!! Well done caz absolutely amazing .. I also have five stone to lose could really do with some advise... did u have like a cheat day or any food throughout this time... or were u very strict and on track lol... ???

Hi. Yes I have been 100% the whole time. I have had one week on step two, then back onto ss+ with milk. I had a meal out at pizza express a couple of weeks ago so I had 3 packs and a salad in there.

Again well done... I want to lose 5 stone... I was 14.4 and week one last 12lb and second weigh in tomorrow x
 
You are truly inspirational! I cannot believe how amazing you've done! I don't think ill manage such an incredible loss but I can strive to hey :) xx

Hi again..
I planned a day off which turned into a week!!! U got weighed yesterday n gained 4lb.... absolutely gutted but my own fault!!! Please any advice or motivation will b a great help... x

It's so easily done. The only thing I can say is to get back on it and draw a line under it.

Learn from it. I recently had a two day blip when I did exactly the same. My consultant is away for 3 weeks so I'm not being weighed officially but I was a bit out of control and made me realise that I could so easily put the whole thing on again but I just got back on it and moved on.

Hope that helps. Just think about the way you feel when you lose each week. That 4 lb will be off before next week as long as you are focused and 100% again.
