Hi Duncan, I've being doing calorie counting before starting CD (lost half a stone) and I used this site Free Calorie Counter, Diet & Exercise Journal | MyFitnessPal.com

Which has a tracker where you put the food in you eat (and the amount of food eaten... eg grams) and it will come up with how many calories are in that meal.

You keep a food diary and it will track calories eaten throughout the day.

It is free btw

I was cal counting and watching my fat and tracking my exercise before CD and also used MyFitnessPal :D
