    well ive done a few days of the 1200 plan now, the first day was challenging to say the least,i couldnt eat all of it, not when it came to a yesterdays lunch, i had a shake a soup a small salad and 3 mini pittas only ate 2 pittas as was so stuffed :)according to my scales ive lost 2lb this week but my ankles is puffy now cos of the weather :( so we'll see tonight, the 1200 plan is great

    my official wi is tonight, dont panic about moving up the plans your weight loss just slows down a little, i panicked to and now i wonder what for

    I`m extremely carb sensitive, So am worried as soon as I introduce them I`ll balloon :( /whinge lol x
