it doesn't sound like the answer that Weight Watchers would give you. why don't you have a look at the sticky at the top of the page which gives you the questionnaire to work your points out.

i've used all my points and have lost a decent amount each week.

im 21 points but if i used less would it work, u used all yours so maybe i should just use all mine 2

sounds odd i know but not eating all your points can slow your weight loss, however you could try fast track which is 18 points a day and is meant to get you off to a good start or give you a boost now wnd then, try sticking to your 21 and fast tracking say once a month ?
