You don't have to have any amount of fat, 15g is just a guideline for the maximum (TOTAL) fat to eat per meal. The less the better of course. Don't fall in to the trap of thinking you have to eat a certain amount of fat for the tablets to work, this isn't true.

However, your body does need fats to keep working properly and stop you wrinkling up like a prune! :)
