15g through veg ?

I tend to go with making sure I have a good 5 portions of veg / salad per day rather than sticking to a 15 minimum - I use up some of my carbs on cheese and some meats which tends to bring it to 15 or 20g per day in total, but 15 of that won't necessarily be from veg...

Broccoli is a good one for getting a few carbs in I find, and tasty too :)

I find a breakfast of cabbage and bacon is an easy way to get that exra cup in.

Hmmm. I love this. I get a bag of frozen shredded savoy, a bag of frozen mushrooms and a pack of smoked bacon lardons. Fry it all up together in a huge wok and split into portions. Depending on my carb count I will also crumble a bit of stilton in too.

Have you tried the cabbage and leek mix, I love it.
