    Lost 3lbs 2 ounces and half inch off the waist.... almost there!

    Am applying to be a CDC now...scary stuff!

    Wow, 16th week, thats sounds like such an achievement and it is :). Congratualtions on the weightloss. You have done so well. You will reach your goal in no time.

    I too am thinking of becoming a CDC after 1 year of maintainance. Best of luck with your application i am sure you will make a wonderful Counsellor. :)
