how much can i lose in seven weeks? i'll do anything 100% and excerise whatever

I'm exactly the same weight , when I started I lost 2 1/2 stone in about 7-8 weeks . So you will do that easily best of luck Hun, I'm trying to get another 2stone plus by end of march ,
