1st day back on track!

Hi All,

I have had a couple of months break from SW where I have been attending the classes but not been on here or the SW website. I am lucky as I have not really been following the plan and although I haven't lost any weight I haven't gained any either.
I am now ready to get back on track and today is my first day where I am really paying attention to what I eat.
It's a great feeling and amazing how quickly I have slipped back into eating the right foods and making different choices to how I would have previously.

Anyway I just wanted to say hi to you all and lets all have a fab week! :girlpower:
