1st Day Food Diary

Hi Everyone!

So my first day on the Atkins.....have at least 4 stone to lose but mini goal is 2.5 stone, which I hope to lose by June.

This is what I have had today....any comments/feedback would be great!

Breakfast
Bacon and Poached Egg

Lunch
Omlette with cheese and mushrooms, with a small salad of lettuce and peppers

Dinner
Sirloin Steak with mushrooms

Will be weighing in every Friday morning!
