drink loads of water, it worked for me.

i love your goal date!!!
you must drink at least 2lts of water a day. also when a craving hits have a diet drink or even a green lemon or green peppermint tea.

Do you think it matters if I drink a 2 litre diet drink per day like 7up ?. I still drink the water and have coffee as well.

dont give up!keep up with the water intake and keep yourself busy!dont forget you have snacks so something mid morning will take that hunger away, it gets easier and even better when you see the results!!

2lts may leave you feeling very bloated and gassy but if it dosnt effect you and you are having your water on top i cant see it being a problem. but that is just my personal view!
i had 2 pints of diet cream soda yesterday on top of about 4 lts of water and was fine :)

Diet cream soda, how lovely, I cant get that here,shame.
Had a caffe drink for brekkie, very nice, feel very full now and will remeber to have a snack mid morning , need to save a snack for late evening.

it tastes like your drinking icecream through a straw. i love it. not good that i was up 3 times in the night to do a wee though :8855:
i love the cafe latte shakes in the morning. filling and refreshing. unfortunatly i have run out so am back on the strawberry shake. not so nice!
have you had a look at the slim fast diary's? maybe start your own?! :)

I found the first day hard as well but it does get easier. :)

have to say that I have never been so hungry on a diet, but I havent given in to temptation,just hope I can hold out. hope that what you say is true, that if I stick with it it will get easier, we will see.
