Joined ww last nite and want to check i have done my first day correct.

Breakfast:
20g cornflakes and milk (4 pp)

Mid Morn:
2 ww cookies (2pp)
apple

Lunch:
WW pitta (3pp)
WW tuna, Mayo & Sweetcorn 80g can (2pp)
WW yoghurt (1pp)
orange

Afternoon:
WW rich toffee Bar (2pp)
Small bunch grapes

Dinner:
90g sliced chicken (3pp)
150g potatoes (3pp)
70g tinned peas (2pp)
Gravy (1pp)
Carrots
WW Eclair (2pp)
Strawberries

Snacks:
3 crackers (3pp)
ww onion and chive spead 50g (1pp)
Tomatoes

Total 29PP

Weekly used : 1 can cider (6pp)
