1st day of Shake that weight...any buddies?

    Hi I'm usually do Cambridge and did that 2 years ago and lost 4stone:) gradually over the 2 years It has crept on due to stopping smoking....which has been nearly a year now....I know I can do it as done it before so thought would try shake the weight as Cambridge can be expensive I ordered chocolate shakes and have them warm they lovely and intend to just have 3 a day....I'm currently 17st 3lbs at the moment so if anyone wants to join me on my path then your more than welcome

    Well managed to overcome day 1 with just 3 shakes and water didn't sleep too well which I think will be lack of food....here is to day 2 ...x

    How are you finding it Giddy? How long do you plan to do it for? I'm into week 3 now having lost 5lbs on week 1 and 3lbs on week 2.

    I have a terrible headache today just had some pain killers. I hope I lose as much as you that is a great moral booster.

    Hi jojo73 ill be your buddie too ive been on shake that weight diet for 5 weeks now and have so far lost a stone and my partner is also doing the diet and she has lost 18lbs in the same amount of time. we can all go through it together.

    hi there i found that one day 3 i had a headache just stick with it as after that you will be fine ive had the odd headache during my 5 weeks but just keep drinking the water.

    Jayne's right about the headache thing, I had that too. Tbh I struggle to drink the water but I do try. I find it easier to stay focused during the week when I'm busy at work than I do at weekends when the opportunity to 'cheat' is more apparent.

    I'm off to look for an outfit for a wedding today. I'm in a quandary as to what size to buy as it's 3 weeks tomorrow...

    Glad to hear it. I had a successful shopping trip and am now the proud owner of an wedding outfit considerably smaller than I would have needed previously. :)

    Hi sorry fir not replying I was not very well so had to put on hold for a while but I'm back and I'm on day 2 today had 3 shakes yesterday and water .....hate the 1st three days x

    Hey everyone I'm new and starting the shake the weight diet on Monday!

    This is my last weekend of food enjoyment before my "transformation" (as I am now calling it instead of a diet!) lol

    I've previously done Cambridge diet for 11 days and lost 12lb but didn't stick it out (which I've always regretted!) and of course put the weight and more back on ?

    I'm more determined than ever this time and know by setting Monday as my date I will stick it out, I've got about 5st to lose.....wow scary I know!!

    I've looked through this feed and think it's fab how you all support each other and I'm hoping to tag along ? xx

    Hey, I'm just into week three of the S&S ( not allowed to say the name ), but having the odd high protein very low carb snack/ meal , I lost 13 lb in the first two weeks but still have a massive 6.5 stone to go ( but any loss is a bonus ) good luck and drink loads of water x
