    I guys although my meeting isn't untill weds I have started now so here goes

    Can you tell me if this is ok

    Breakfast :- porridge

    Mid morning cuppa soup

    Lunch Ww bagel and bgty coronation chicken
    2 satsumas

    Dinner beef hotot wwfh

    Snacks 2 satsumas 1 apple 1 cuppa soup

    Eve 1 muller rice and alpen light

    Total pp is 37
