1st day tomorrow

I make an omelette at home the night before and warm it in the microwave the next day at work.
I usually have one of the bars for breakfast if I'm working or short on time. Other options are to make up a small pot of egg mayo the night before or (and this isnt to everyones taste) a small tin of mackerel fillets.

If you have a look at the "what we are eating" thread you will get some idea of what many of us have for breakfast.

Good luck with this new way of eating and although the Atkins does not suit everybody, I personally believe it is the best option for me.
I often have left overs from the night before.
