Hi Daisy, good luck for your first week. Just remember that's the hardest one and it's much easier from then on (that's what kept me going). And we're always around if you need us.

well i have been outdoors all morning with a flash of peppermint tea and seem to be feeling quite good really!

Ok i braved the chicken soup that my friends have warned me about i added a little pepper like the pharmasist suggested ...and i actually quite enjoyed it , i had it about half 2 as i thought i was out tonight and thought a shake later would be easier when out but now thats changed ..not sure really what time to have my last shake ?? im just going to have to use the good old trail and error method until i find the best way for me !

Someone said this week that the chicken soup is like marmite, you either love it, or hate it........I HATE IT....lol.
You could always split your last shake in 2 since you are not going out now. Have half now, and half to fill you before you go to bed.
