1st day

    I'm changin my lifestyle not dieting using CS
    Well I started today and have been good, got chicken fillet with veg and boiled potatoes and it alls come to 303 calories and I have only had a 10 cal soup, can of Morrisons diet coke (3 cals per can) and 3 cups of tea so well under my calories enough left for a satsuma i think....

    Hi Guys,

    Its my first day back too!

    Today I have eaten :
    Soup -120
    10 cal soup -10
    milk in cofee -20
    lemon quorn -226
    carrots -30
    leek -30

    Also I watched "best celebrity body bouncebacks"on E last night and discovered that the Fat Sabrina the teenage witch (Melissa Joan Heart)looks exactly like me!

    now all I need to know is if thin me also looks like her!

    I am surprisigly enjoying the 1st day back though even if I am really looking forward to my oats so simple in the morning

    Ooh, can't imagine Melissa Joan Hart with extra pounds! But then haven't seen her in anything for years, just shows the celebs are just like the rest of us!!
