Well done you! The first few days of any diet is hard but keep a mental picture of what you want to acheive in your head and it will pull you through. I find doing a bit of exercise like running up and down the stairs stop the odd unnecessary hunger pang.

Well done Melanie, it gets easier! You're doing great. Take each day a shake at a time and your first week will be over before you know it. Its normal to feel a little weak, take it easy. Once you hit ketosis you will feel better. Good luck :)

Welcome to the madhouse Melanie, and good luck on your journey...

The first week is the hardest, then it becomes much easier.. If it gets a bit tough, come on here and post.. The people are lovely and have all been in the same position, which really does help x x
