1st ever green day - is this ok???

Breakfast
Magic porridge 20g oats (HEB), muller and 150ml skimmed milk
pear, mango and blueberries
2 ryvita rye with banana and cinnamon

coffees and 150ml skimmed milk throughout the day (HEA)

Snacks
Muller and apple and pineapple
Options mixed with quark and raspberries
(2 syns)

Lunch
Lemon & herb Couscous (0.5) and bulgar wheat with large salad, cottage cheese and boiled eggs. salsa & chilli sauce - 2 syns

Dinner
Spinach & philli extra light lasagne Served with rocket & tomato salad.

To make the whole thing I used 8 lasagne sheets, garlic, chilli, 600g spinach, mushrooms, onion, 120g philli extra light (2 x HEB), quark and a homemade free tomato & basil sauce.

Pudding - White chocolate quark & cherries (synned earlier)

I have used 1 HEA in milk
and 2 x HEB with oats/ryvita & philli??

So have I dont this right......feedback would be great!

I am rubbish at interpreting other people's diaries, but wanted to say your lasagne sounds delicious.

A splodge more milk would take you up to 350ml of skimmed milk for a healthy A.
