    Hi everyone, I am starting CWP today. Doing SS with 3 products. Wanting to lose 8 stone in total. Is there anyone else starting today?

    Hi - you want an honest answer??!!! It's been horrible, I have been so so hungry today but have been filling up with lots of sparkling water. In a strange way I've enjoyed the hunger though because it hasn't broken me - it shows that I can do this. I'm so determined to shift this weight off.

    So far not as bad as I expected. So far...Dreaded Day three today for me!
    It will probably be similar to yours. I will manage however bad it is!

    Thank you.......Good luck with your day 3 - you sound as determined as I am. I have a 2 yr old so it's been a real test not to try the food I'm cooking for him. It'll all be worth it in the end.

    Good news! Ketosis kicked in.
    I have bags of energy and loving the feeling. Now: 100% for the first whole week.

    I also have 2 year old boy: in fact he is about to turn two on 6th of Sep. I work full rume so dont need to cook for him. My mother in law & my mum take care of him while I'm at work.

    You'll be fine once you are in ketosis. Keep it up. You are 24 hous from it at worst!

    I dont have a 12 week goal. It's my second take on CD and having the exact nimbers on the scale to achieve was my biggest downfall. It puts so much unnecessary pressure and you are boind to have better & worse loses throughout. I don't want to set myself for failure.
    Bottom line is: I know CD works so my aim is to follow it to the dot for 12 weeks. My only goal is to stick with it for 12 weeks. Whatever outcome. Quietly hoping to lose 12 kg in total, anything more would be a bonus. :)

    What's your goal then?

    Hi MiniMimi2091 - your attitude to it is the same as mine actually. I don't have an ultimate goal in terms of what weight I want to be, I just want to lose weight by a certain time - 20th October, no matter how much weight it is (although secretly hoping, like you, for it to be at least 2 stone).

    I'm not sure what I'll do after that time, whether I'll revert to something like Slimming World and the gym, or if I'll get hooked by the quick weight loss of CD and go back on it until Xmas and lose even more weight over a couple of extra months. I guess that's a decision for me to make when I get to that point.

    I have my parents staying this weekend, they haven't even arrived yet but they're already panicking about feeling guilty eating in front of me. I haven't told them yet that I managed to withstand the lure of chocolate, crisps and a chinese buffet at work yesterday so I'm sure I'll be fine (chinese is my favourite food!)

    How are things going for you? When is your weigh in? My first one is on Monday and I would have been doing the diet for 9 days at that point. I already feel much more trim, it's great!

    Are you hungry at all? I posted last night to say I am absolutely starving still but apparently that's quite normal for some people and doesn't necessarily mean you're not in ketosis.

    Anyway, I hope the diet is going well and you have a fab weekend x

    This is my mindset too. I'm usually a serial weigher but have stayed away from my scales since I started and today is my day 12. CDC on hols so my first weigh in isn't till Wed. Hubby sent for Chinese last night and I wasn't even tempted and I love Chinese. I was very proud of myself and feel great this morning .
