    Hi all
    My name is Annie and I started online ww on Monday. I have tons to lose but am determined to go steady and give myself reachable targets this time as I think that unreachable target setting was my downfall previously. Any tips for pro-points? I seem to have got the hang of it and as I am currently on a nice 6 week break I intend to get walking every day and even get a swim or 2 in, as I said reachable goals.
    Hope to be here for the long run with you all.

    I just started on here yesterday. Been on the propoints plan for a week too. I love it so far if I can help in any way let me know. I've a food diary too so feel free too have a look. If I can look at yours too that'll be brilliant. I need support and I'll give it back too.

    Thanks everyone, still working my way round the site, how do I put my food diary on here? I also seem to have 2 main posts and only one shows my ticker? Anyway began couch to 5k tonight, nearly killed me but I did it (nearly had to walk for about half of one of the jogging bits) but I ran for nearly 8 mins something I have never done before. Have walked for half an hour every day since Monday and did 30 mins on the wii today. Feel knackered now but good.
