1st time on ww pro points

Hi all
My name is Annie and I started online ww on Monday. I have tons to lose but am determined to go steady and give myself reachable targets this time as I think that unreachable target setting was my downfall previously. Any tips for pro-points? I seem to have got the hang of it and as I am currently on a nice 6 week break I intend to get walking every day and even get a swim or 2 in, as I said reachable goals.

Thanks everyone, still working my way round the site, how do I put my food diary on here? I also seem to have 2 main posts and only one shows my ticker? Anyway began couch to 5k tonight, nearly killed me but I did it (nearly had to walk for about half of one of the jogging bits) but I ran for nearly 8 mins something I have never done before. Have walked for half an hour every day since Monday and did 30 mins on the wii today. Feel knackered now but good.
