1st week 8lbs woop!!

    Here is my weekly weigh in.

    Start weight = 206 23/03/2010
    Week 1 = 198 31/03/2010

    8lbs in 8 days!! Perfect!!

    I am shocked I done so well, and maybe a lot of water weight, as its normal to do so well first week of slimfast.
    However I am getting so fit. First time in gym last week I couldn't even run. Now I can run 10mins without stopping. Well Jog more like. But go me!!
