1st week and a bar

It's my first week on CD
[restart for the 4th time] , I'm on day 5 and have not cheated at all.I got seven sachets of the porridge and have only managed to eat three of them as i think they are vile.I found a CD bar in the fridge from last time and have eaten that , will it slow my weight loss down this week?

Won't slow your weight loss, but might take longer to get into ketosis because I think the bars are higher in carbs than the shakes etc. But not having all your packs might slow your weight loss. Can't you swap them?
do you add anything apart from water to the porridge? i tried grating a bit of chocolate from one of the bars but i still had trouble getting it down. i live on the coast down in sussex
Do you have any shakes? I find a teaspoon of chocolate or strawberry shake powder, mixed in before you microwave it, cheers the porridge up a lot.

Whereabouts in Sussex? I'm in Lancing, near Worthing.

I usually add a little more water than normal to the porridge and then add a sweetner when its done in the microwave.. yummy.

i love the porridge cant do without it!! i bought one of those magic bullets and they are fantastic for mixing the shakes and the porridge!....xx

I'm in Lancing as well , I'm going to change my porridge this morning for some veggie soup.

:eek::eek: Well give me a shout if you don't like the soups (they're an acquired taste in my book:rolleyes:) as I have some spare shakes I could let you have. Do you go to Susie facing Brooklands park?

My start weight in June was 15 stone 8lbs.
