    250ml Skimmed milk

    jacket potatoe and cottage cheese

    SW chicken tikka (mushrooms, onions)
    rice
    Snacks:
    celery and carrot sticks
    HeB:
    2 slices wholemeal bread
    HeA:
    250ml Skimmed milk
    Syns:
    4 x vodka and diet lemonades

    poached eggs, quorn sausages, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms(frylite) baked beans
    Lunch:
    vegetable chilli (mushrooms, onions,tinned tomatoes,kidney beans and chilli spices)
    Tea:
    mullerlight and banana
    Snacks:
    none
    HeB:
    wholemeal bread x 1
    HeA:
    250ml Skimmed milk
    Syns:
    4 x vodka and diet lemonade

    chicken breast, jacket potato, alot of mixed veg.
