1st week nearly over!!

    Well tonight is my first weigh in - fingers crossed!!!

    I have ss for a whole week and have been ok apart from catching a stinking cold (I think the change in diet must have brought it on).

    Only cheated once which was yesterday at a bbq. I had a small piece of chicken so am fine with that and still in ketosis.

    Roll on tonight :)

    Good luck!! I also have come down with a cold/sniffly nose, I was putting it down to the change in weather what with hot then cold then hot, never thought of the diet....
