1st week weigh in....whoop whoop!!!!!!!

i've been feeling so hungry and weak and thinking ketosis is a load of rubbish as I dont think i've hit it yet ( I was starving all week) lol. But today I just feel fab, not weak or hungry and just so proud of myself for getting through a total week with no food. whoop whoop bring on week 2 i'm ready for ya!!!!!!!!!!!

mini goals
1. get through first week Done :D
1.5. get through week 2..
2. to lose a stone
3. to drop a dress size
more mini goals to come lol.

wk 1 -7.5lb was 13st 8.5lb now 13st 1lb

Well done! Its a massive boost getting the first week over with. Great to hear that your step-daughter has done brilliantly too! Hope you dont get massively hungry this week, I was nearly into week 3 before the hunger pangs and HUGE desire to eat dissolved along with the fat......keep going, it's worth it in the end!
