After a tough week, of feeling like i was doing all the right things and getting nowhere....!! I woke up monday morning KNOWING i had lost weight. I felt different which is always a plus!!

Stepped on the scales Monday evening and iv lost 3lbs! Soooo happy!!

14lbs to go to get to my target...!! :) x
