Lost 4lbs , kinda pleased with that, i was 7lbs down a couple of days ago and then i had a couple of green days and the weight has gone up slightly. Carbs don't suit me so it's back to the red plan this coming week. Such a shame cus i love pasta/noodles etc

Well done on your loss! I do mostly red data but I know ppl who do loads if green days and have lost loads. Green don't suit me for big losses as I have pcos and hold onto the carbs. I always lose more on red!

4lb is fantastic, well done. Cant comment on the green days as i have only ever done EE but i think everyone is different and if red suits you why change! Or give EE a try xx

4lbs is a fantastic weight loss. I unfortunately put on 2lbs this week. I blame the alcohol at the weekend. Gin and diet tonic for me tonight!
