Well done on your loss! I do mostly red data but I know ppl who do loads if green days and have lost loads. Green don't suit me for big losses as I have pcos and hold onto the carbs. I always lose more on red!

4lb is fantastic, well done. Cant comment on the green days as i have only ever done EE but i think everyone is different and if red suits you why change! Or give EE a try xx
