1st week weigh in

Bit disappointed with 2.5lbs BUT I my CDC did weigh me a week before my big weekend away and 2.5 weeks before I actually started plan so to be honest I am pleased with that - my own scales are showing 7lbs since last Tuesday morning.
It's in the right direction and I have not cheated, not once, so I know I am burning fat. Here's to week 2!
