    Calorie counting
    First day today:8855:feeling a bit queezy and have a slight headache:cry:hope it improves soon as i really want to do it this time. This is about my 3rd restart , i done really well 1st time round then my dad died and the diet went to pot.just have trouble getting back on the wagon but hopefully this will be my time.looking forward to next weeks weigh-in.

    i felt shocking first few days but am on day 5 and feeling great,im a restarter too xx

    I know how it can be when you have had sad loss or you know there will be a loss in the family how you can not be strong enough for the diet , i'm glad you keep trying and have not gave up !
