1st weigh in and I'm a dingbat!!

Hi guys,

Had my first weigh in today and after 5 full days (started Sunday but had to get weighed today) following LT 100% I've lost 6lbs, yay!!

I have however realised that I've been putting too much water in my shakes, I've been following instructions for the mens shakes, doh!! That said I had my evening shake using 260ml of water and I do prefer it with 450ml, so think I'll stick to that. Just wanted to know if anyone knows if using more water effects the vitamins etc. in them??

I don't think it will make any difference it's all according to taste if you like them thick or thin, plus your ment to drink water so I can't see that being a problem if anything it's probably a good thing as your getting more water.

You can make them as thick or as thin as you like. My very first LT shake I made the same mistake too.

The first time I did LT I had every single shake (after that first one) as a mouse or as a frozen desert.
 
What e they like as a mouse and frozen wanna try it, do they not go lumpy x
