    Hi Ladies,

Hope everyone is well and Happy. I've got my first weigh in tomorrow morning and really hoping that i've done well.

I weighed myself yesterday and again today and overnight I have "supposedly" lost 3lb.... is this possible?

    Good luck Elay!!!

What time did you weigh yourself yesterday? It can make a difference, I weighed myself at 8pm a couple of days ago, and then again at 9am the following day as an experiment, and lost 3lbs. Your weight does fluctuate over the course of the day.

Interesting one that. Were they the same scales, in the same position on the floor etc.? Were they on carpet? I wouldn't read too much into it anyway, best to just go by one set of scales IMHO: the official ones :)

Yeah Same scales, same place etc. Wasn't too bothered by it, just think it seems a bit strange to loose that much overnight!!
