    ...and I'm very nervous! Have stuck 100% to the diet I just hope my lose shows how good I've been... Fab diet!! x

    First week as got easier as the week has gone on....Im having 3 shakes aday and a 200kcal meal... And at least 2ltrs of water!!

    Just off now fir my first weigh in.... X
