1st weigh in tonight

After many attempts and failures to try to do it myself at home, I finally took the plunge last week and joined my local class. Stupid me picked the Xmas party week and got 2 classes there clapping and cheering when I walked in - very embarressing!!!:eek:

Anyway, have stuck to plan with relentless planning, but don't feel like I'm going to have any huge loss, 1-2 lb at most I'm guessing. Hope I don't feel too dissapointed....

did you do / wear anything different this week to last week?
if you ate dinner last week but not this or even went to the loo before going tonight when you didn't last week then it can affect your loss..
