heya 1st weigh in an according to my scales iwas 164lbs (11st.7) now im 160lbs(11st.4) im confused is that a 3lbs or 4lbs loss 
, its fine either way just the whole conversion system is messed up because, 11st = 154lbs so if you add 7lbs it would be 161lbs but apparently its 164lbs, so annoying
