I am gobsmacked and a very happy bunny this morning...

I have lost 11lb!!!!!

Well done, i am so envious of you. I go to CDC tonight but do not expect anything like your results, more's the pity:cry:
But i am still on track and following the CD 100%
My ticker below shows what i hoped to lose by end of day 9.So it will be adjusted to actual weight loss tonight.

Thanks everyone, My next big goal is to lose 11lb so I can be back in the next band down. That will be the big turning point for me, taking me to the next level, I'm hoping the next 11lb don't take too many weeks. Good luck to everyone else due a weigh in over the next few days.
