    ok so 4lbs lost this week although it only looks like 1lb on my ticker as i put on 3lbs when i did atkins for afew days i got back to my original weight after starting cc then lost an extra pound im very happy. :D

    thanks ladies i tend to get bored real quickly and fall off the wagon but iv had a good week gonna try and walk 30 mins each day from today see how i go.
