    Ive updated my profile - i lost 7 pounds!!!

    So glad - ive been scale hoping all week and was convinced they just hadnt moved....so was sooo glad they had moved!

    CDC was chuffed with me too.

    I really want to average 4 pounds a week so i can lose 2 stone in 6 weeks, thats my main goal - in time for my wedding dress fitting.

    Motivated for the next week now :D

    Thanks guys - anything close to that 2 stone by 21st July and ill be happy!

    Having the weekend of the 31st off for my hen do - then 4 weeks on diet until the wedding.

    I wish id had the guts to start this in Jan like i planned!! But no point having regrests - im doing it now :)
