1st WI of restart

    Cambridge...again!
    10lbs! Wasn't expecting that. Thought it would be less than last time and its only day 5. Its pushed me into just overweight instead of obese. I'm really happy and now I'm inspired for next week. I want to be under 12 st for next Fri when DH gets back from sea and I think unless I do something terrible (which I could!) that will be the case.
