1stone to loose!

Okay so going to start a diary to keep me on track.
So I'm a 5'8 female weighing in at 12stone which makes my bmi overweight. Got a stone to loose to me back down to 11stone which is my happy weight.
At the age of 15 I lost 4 stone with slimming world going from 15stone to 11stone. I think I've done pretty well over the last 9 years to only put one stone back on =D
Tried slimming world to shift this stone but I think my body needs something different as I've been using the plan to maintain for so many years.
So I'm giving slim fast a go to shift this stone then plan on doing slimming world again to maintain.
I work 13 hour shifts, three weeks of night shifts at the moment. I start work at 19:30 & finish at 08:30. Today is my first day on the plan, just had my 600 calorie dinner before I go to work, I had spag bol. I was shocked at the portion size in comparison to what I usually eat! The meal filled me up nicely, but I usually about four times more pasta! How scary to see how much I'm over eating!
So I'm taking my 2 shakes & 3 snacks to work to get my thru the night. My snacks are a banana, 2 kiwis, and 2 Ryvitas with 2 laughing cow extra light triangles. Wish me luck!
 
Good luck i will eventually have to do nights your plan sounds good to me , hope you manage it must be hard in nights best of luck x
 
Just finishing work, I work night shifts.
So my first day on the plan went well

Breakfast (before work at 6pm) Spag bol (600calories)
Snack = Banana
Lunch (middle of the night) caramel shake
Snack= x3 Ryvitas cracker bread with x2 extra light laughing cow triangles & cucumber
Snack= x2 kiwis
Dinner (7am, before I go to bed) banana shake.
I am not hungry at all which I'm very suprised at! And the banana shake is sooo yummy!
Day 1 done, yay!
 
Thats sound brill well done i know what im doing when i have to go in nights just shows it can be done !
 
Second day on plan done!
I'm on night shifts atm so meals all backwards. I haven't felt hungry once which I am very suprised at.

Breakfast= homemade burger & chips
Snack= banana
Lunch= caramel shake
Snack= x3 Ryvitas, x2 laughing cow extra light triangles, cucumber.
Dinner= banana shake
Snack= x2 kiwis
 
Third day done!

Breakfast= lemon parsley pasta
Snack= walkers sunbites
Lunch= caramel shake
Snack= banana
Dinner= banana shake
Snack= x2 Ryvitas, x2 extra light cheese triangles

Was a bit naughty & had a couple of handfuls of chilli coated peanuts during my night shift, oops!x
 
Fourth day done! I'm suprised how much I'm enjoying it. I've only been doing it for our days but I already feel better in myself.

Breakfast= banana shake
Snack= x3 Ryvitas with x2 cheese triangles & cucumber
Lunch= caramel shake
Snack= x5 wine pastelle sweets
Dinner= Large mixed kebab from kebab shop with pitta & salad

Still got one snack to have but don't really want anything yet!
 
Fifth day done but not very well! Had a strawberry shake for breakfast then went to my mums for lunch. She did. BBQ. Had steak, salad, potatoe wedges, pitta bread, burger in a bun & a sausage! Oh well, one day rest bite! Back on plan tomorrow x
 
Sixth day done!

Breakfast= strawberry shake
Walkers squares
Lunch= chocolate shake
WW soup
Dinner= steak, mash & peas
X3 Ryvitas, x2 laughing cow triangles, cucumber
I also had one miniature hero, oops!
Feeling really good, can't wait for weigh in on Friday morning. Hope the scales don't disappoint x
 
Seventh day done!

Breakfast= strawberry shake
Banana
Lunch= chocolate shake
Walkers sunbites
Dinner= a lemon pasta dish
Solero

Going to weigh myself on Friday as that's what I've made my weigh in day. Finding it easy which I'm suprised at! Not really felt that hungry at all xx
 
Eighth day done.

Breakfast= nothing
Banana
Lunch= strawberry shake
Solero lolly
Dinner= harvester dinner which added up to 910 calories but as I didn't have my second shake or my third snack it's worked out within my calorie limit.
 
Nineth day done!

Breakfast= strawberry shake
M&S chocolate popcorn 130 calories
Lunch= chocolate shake
Dinner= chilli con carne
Curly wurly.
First weigh in tomorrow! Hope I've lost at least 3lbs! Fingers crossed x
 
I've only lost 2lbs! A bit disapointed as was expecting more from my first week. I did have an off day on Sunday though so I suppose it's a good loss x
 
Had a bad day yesterday! I'm not sure if it was cos it was my weigh day I thought I'd have a day off! Bad attitude to have I know. Feel really bad about it now but never mind it's done. New day today! On a night shift tonight. So just had my breakfast/dinner of a lemon parsley pasta dish. Got my 2 shakes & 3 snacks for the night. Back on track!
 
Twelfth day done!

Breakfast= nothing
Lunch= x2 poached eggs on toast 232 calories. Had this instead of a shake as I really fancied it
Walkers sunbites
Dinner= meatballs & pasta 659 calories
Solero ice lolly.
Going to a Turkish meze for my mums birthday tomorrow & am debating whether to just enjoy it all. All those dips & warm Turkish bread mmmmm. I'm not sure if ill be able to resist & stay within my 600 calorie limit.....
 
13th day done!

Had nothing to eat all day as went to a Turkish meze for my mums birthday. Think I've gone over my calorie limit but limited the damage by not eating today lol x
 
14th day done! Still finding it quite easy & feeling good! On 3 night shifts again this week., just got into bed *yawns*

Breakfast= fish & chips before work (600 calories)
WW soup
Lunch= chocolate shake
Banana
X2 cheese triangles & x3 Ryvitas cracker bread.

That's it!
 
Another 2lbs loss this week! That's 4lbs in 2 weeks, yay! I'm off to Barcelona on Wednesday for 5 days. Am going to try & be careful but I'm gonna be on holiday so may just enjoy myself! I know I will lose any gained weight as soon as I'm back =))
