2.5 stone gone forever...

Weighed in this morning, I'm 10 stone 6.5lbs and I could cry, it's been a very long time since I've been this weight. My 2.5 stone loss may seem slow (I started in August 2009, but have had a fair few 'off weeks') but I just want to say how much I love SW. It's totally changed my life, physically and mentally - I look better so I feel better about myself.

Just thought I'd share my news and love for SW
